Job Description

This is a job type that is in demand in Australia.   We are presenting qualified candidates to employers on an ongoing basis. 

• Develop, recommend and implement maintenance strategies for improving reliability across all operations
• Review current processes for improvement
• Provide assistance to site teams with critical spare analysis, PM optimization, condition monitoring and other techniques
• Support mining operations and improve the performance of assets
• Increase productivity of equipment and reduce life cycle costs
• Use Root Cause Analysis to identify, develop and implement solutions
• Mentor Site Engineers
• Be willing to travel to different job sites

 

Job Requirements

• Degree in engineering (preferably mechanical)
• Significant operational experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication skills
